Don't. Believe it my hand is swollen again this morning only washed my hair🤷‍♀️😩aswell fed up

Is it just the one hand that's affected? I understand feeling fed up but when both hands feel like useless painful flippers (articulated only by the elbow) then frustration's bound to set in. We all have different levels of problems in different joints so it's hard to give support. Anyway if you can't wash your hair take it from me it gets used to not being washed for very long periods of time (wish the combing was the same - fed up of good days being taken up trying to reach and remove enormous tangled knots.
