Hello Pitsy. In your recent post, stbernhard replied and mentioned Shea Butter. I bought it yesterday, AND NO MORE ITCHING of shins, or anywhere else! mARVELLOUS! I had been using Hydromol, prescribed by the Dermatology Dept, when I went for ulcer dressings, but it didn't do anything for the shins.RELIEF!!!!!!!!!!!
