Evening ladies & gents well as knee isn't getting any better the swelling not going down and as for bending it well that's out of the window but on the up side I'm at the Nuffield tomorrow to c my consultant

Let's hope it's something good to come out of it

Do you have someone that could go with you as if the knee is swollen with fluid they may be able to drain it and put some steroid in and then you need to rest for at least 24 hours pref 48. If it has been swollen for a while it will feel strange once it is drained will need rest, elevation and ice. Farm
