Gout?

dont think its gout as not cristalised just like chill bl;anes on your feet ive been here before with not walking properly on feet IE the big toe is the last thing to leave the floor when walking it takes some hammer in a day and i think its this causing the problem not to mention the ligaments.

I agree, could it be gout?

A simple blood test will rule in/out gout for you but in the meantime I guess keeping the feet leivated at night might help and also keeping bedclothes off your feet might ease it a bit.

The sweating might be toxins releasing or sugar level related - have you been tested for diabetes?

Drinking loads of water might help and maybe taking turmeric in diet form or supplement might aid to reducing things a bit for you.

I hope things improve soon

Maybe ask for physio referral to look at tight ligaments might be a good idea.

All the best

Many many of us have, unfortunately. It seems to be part of the disease, like swollen hands, etc. Sorry you are going through that..

Minka - Next time you are at the store, pick up some alkaline test strips. I have found that when my body is alkaline (like in the 7 - 8 range) I feel much better. When it drops into the really acidic range (like in the 6 - 6.5 range), I hurt a lot more, and that meant knees, hands, feet... See where you are and if you are too acid, try eating more alkaline foods like kale, lemons, cabbage, etc. to bring it back into balance..
