It all started yesterday morning with my darling hubby having a racing heart and sweats, called the emergency services and they sent a ambulance. The gave him a ecg and after a while he was put in a ambulance and of we went to hospital. He was retching and was slightly sick which put right what was wrong with. We spent all day at the hospital to sent home and told if it happens again to dial 999 and get the crew to catch him in whatever it is causing his heart to race. So we came home after 8hrs and settled down for the evening.
DH woke me up at five this morning with the same problem again and so the ambulance was called and he was coming out of it again after being sick. So he was told to get to the drs and get a monitor to find out what is wrong. So of he went to the drs who thinks it is his thyroid and he wants a ecg done on Friday and he is reffering him for a monitor.
So thats him sorted,dh arranged for dr to ring me as i think i have a chest infection and after he spoke to me he got me in at 4.30pm also my back is crippling meand i am waiting for another infusion. It never ends for our family.xxxxx

Oh Sylvi I am so sorry that you and your hubby have had such a rotten couple of days.
The docs are on the case with hubby now so they will be keeping an eye on him and getting him sorted.
You need to look after yourself Sylvi.Worry and distress over your hubby is not going to improve your chest infection.Tension is only God g to make the pain in your back worse too.
Just can't believe you have such a rough deal again.
Thinking of you both and hope you're both back on your feet for new year.
Oh Silvi. So sorry to hear it still goes on for you both, such a worry. Never a good time but seems so much worse around Christmas. Wishing you both well sap, hugs G xx
Thank you all very much for your kind thoughts,it has helped us knowing so many people care. It is heading towards 6am and so far so good dh is still asleep in bed so fingers crossed we don't have an episode like the last two mornings. He was very bright yesterday afternoon. He has had the blood test his dr wanted him to have and he is booked in Friday for a ecg and he has sent the refferal for a monitor on his heart, but the blood test is for thyroid which the dr thinks is causing his problems,so we will wait and see the results and what will happen after that. I know not a lot can be done for me and it is just managing my problems. I hope you all have a lovely day and once again thank you all for caring,it is much appreciated.xxxxxxxx
Oh Sylvi how awful for you both. You really have had more than your share of health problems haven't you. Hopefully they can get you both sorted out quickly and fix your pain. Can you get into the bath and have a nice soak or isthat asking to much of your body to do that? I always go lie in a bath with magnesium flakes when I ache, my other half should go lie in a bath but he never has a bath he says it's because he prefers a shower but I suspect it's his very, very dodgy hip and knee that stop him getting into the bath, only he won't admit it to me.
Your allotment looks absolutely great. You must both be wanting to be up and fighting fit for the planting season.
Anyway, I hope you are both better soon, I'm sending the best of vibes in your direction.
I was just thinking about you - wasn't it just last Christmas you were banned from your local charity shop for wanting to buy something that was on display? Have you been back?
Oh darling you have just made me laugh after another rough night with hubby. No i haven't been in there and i still tell everyone why not and i managed to get the item i couldn't buy elsewhere.
Hubby had another episode last night, but it wasn't as bad as before. We managed to contain it as this time we knew what to expect. I got him some paracetamol down him and after a spell he settled down and iwent downstairs and have a cup of tea and did a bit of colouring before going back to bed.Yep my back is rough thismorning, but i have taken my pills so it is a waiting game for them to take effect.
Thank you and everyone else for caring about us,it is lovely to know you are all here.xxxx
Oh gosh, I'm sorry he's still having bad turns, at least you managed to contain it. Do you make notes of when it happens and everything that happens each time? That might help with the diagnosis.
Good thing you find the colouring relaxing. You need something to settle you.
I often think of you and wonder if you're still banned. Horrid man.
Hope things settle down health wise for you both. x
