Yet another different GP.

This afternoon, I had an appointment with a Dr, a lovely lady who is covering baby leave in my local medical centre.

She actually listened. She says that she will refer to physio at Frimley Park. Also changed my notes following my chat with Rheummy help line yesterday (my steroids are upped again). Also has given me sleeping tablets to try and help me sleep. (I am going to take them tomorrow night, as new oven delivered tomorrow and I don't want to be too wacked up.)

Also signed off for a bit longer.

So now waiting for Frimley Park, I am not holding my breath, it is a busy physio department in a very busy but excellent hospital.

Fingers crossed.

Hugs to all.

Jacqui

It helps so much when you are actually listened to! It's such a simple thing but not all of them realise it. Hugs from me too x Ally x

Awesome news!!! Fingers crossed the PT is soon

best of luck - hope feel miles better soon

Best wishes to you! Totally agree how great it is to have someone who really listens to you. Hubby has seen a rheumy nurse last two appts rather than the disinterested cold doctor we were stuck with! Xx

It makes such a difference when you're understood doesn't it Jacqui? I hope the physio helps, I've been referred as well but the first appointment available was for in January, though granted I chose a hospital 10 mins from home rather than one a 45 min drive away though! x
