Hi you have to appeal keep doing it until your successful they are trying this with everyone and it's an absolute disgrace
Ask for a mandatory reconsideration, but also get someone (CAB?) to go through the criteria with you and see how many points you think you should have got. Unfortunately the way they assess disability for PIP is now quite different than for DLA, so it is possible to get high level awards for DLA and not for PIP if you don't meet the new criteria.
It is a shocking system, I am going through this as well having had a lifetime award of DLA high rate mobility, low care to no care and standard mobility. My car has had to be returned but I am appealing and my GP and specialist are supporting me. I cannot understand how people with incurable, progressive diseases are being 1.re-assessed and 2. turned down. Please appeal the decision there are some great templates I was given by someone on here if you can find my post P.I.P. fact or fiction the replies have the links. I am at the first stage of appeal process mandatory reconsideration which can take up to 2 months. Ask anyone who you can GP, specialists for supporting letter and good luck I hope you get the right outcome .
