Hi all my PIP result is back and it would seem that I am no longer disabled so they say. This means I will loose my car and probably have to try and find some work all though the hospital says I am not able to work. So can anyone give me some help in appealing there decision.

Help on PIP
So sorry to hear this manwithnoname. You need some advice from either Citizens Advice, or an online advice service like Benefits and Work. CA is free but there is huge demand for their limited appointments, so you often have to wait a long time. You pay to join BaW (£20 I think) but then you have instant access to their online advice, which I found very useful when I was doing my application.
If you're one of the people swapping from DLA to PIP, bear in mind the thresholds have changed, so now you need to be unable to walk at all, or no more than 20m without significant pain/difficulty, to qualify for the higher rate mobility component of PIP. 20m is not far at all - only about 6-7 car lengths - so it's hard to qualify.
But on the plus side, a huge proportion of appeals succeed - something like 40-50%, so it's definitely worth trying. Good luck!
Hi there , I am sorry this has has happened to you. We have very good information in our 'How to claim PIP booklet' about how to appeal .
The links is as follows: nras.org.uk/publications/ho... .
I hope this helps.
You need to ask for a mandatory reconsideration and statements of reason the 20 meater rule if you look on the DWP rules and regulations technical there's no such ruling if you can't walk reliable repeatedly and safely any distance you should be allowed the points its a minefield but you must do this first then appeal all is not lost yet
I second what June is saying...get some help and your reconsideration in as soon as you can...you have a month from the date of the decision to do this! Have you had your letter yet informing you of the reasons why they feel you don't qualify? Get some medical evidence as well if you can as this will most certainly help your claim!!
Look on the Benefits and Work website. I wouldn't contemplate filling out any DWP forms without looking on there first. Good luck.
