I hope you all had a lovely christmas and santa was good to you. He was very good to me,l had lots of lovely perfume and colouring books among other things. By the end of the day i was tired,in pain and so exhausted it was unbelievable. I had a bath to help the pain in my hands with some epsom salts and i went up to bed at nine and was asleep soon after hence why i am down here so early. So today everyone the pressure is off the big day now we can all relax and enjoy the rest of the christmas season. Happy and peaceful painfree new year to you all.Lots of love me.xxxxxx
PS... this is flowering in my garden now.xxx

Hi there . Good to see you had a merry Xmas , I was the same in bed by 9 and up at 04.30am was hoping Santa would bring me a new body but no luck there, but we booked a holiday to the canaries for a week in January , a week to get the rickety joints going again take care
Hi Sylvi, glad to hear you made it through yesterday! It's such a lovely time, but its certainly tiring. The pressure is off today as you say. I was supposed to be going out for a big lunch party today but as I have woken up with a heavy cold which has been threatening for a week, I think I might just stay home and catch up on all the telly I missed yesterday! Best wishes for a pain free and happy new year .
Got cold/ flu like downtime that has been threatening. Had cold capsules, inhalers but keep coughing. House is full tho of my lovely family and I'm aware I'm keeping them awake, so come down to study to try to give them some peace. Slept about three hours but Xmas was worth it!
Glad Santa was good to you and you had a great day. Nothing like a bath with magnesium flakes / Epsom salts and off to bed early, I love fling that. Not very sociable I have to say. Enjoy the rest of the Christmas season and get ready for the New Year, here's to the new term and hopefully pain free you 🍸
I'm pleased you enjoyed Christmas Sylvi even if it did wipe you out. Waiting to hear if my h's school old boys rugby match is still on, (godson playing) bucketing it down here but still.... off to friend's afterwards for post match meat & potato pie dinner. Will be welcome after such rich food yesterday! x
What's going on, dafs out in December?! Lovely pic though.
Your prezzies sound as though they are the perfect ones for you Sylvi. I too have the cold so was up on the sofa at 4.30am so as not to wake my snoring hubby with sneezing and gasping for air! But it's just a cold and sincerely hoping it stays that way! Off north tomorrow for first trip home in four months. Never was a good sailor so fingers crossed for a calm crossing! Happy new year to you and yours - hope you bring in the new year relatively pain free now that the stress of Xmas is behind you. X
Wow isn't it early for daffodils to bloom? They won't start coming up here in Tennessee until late February and won't bloom until later. But as warm as it's been here, they might come up earlier. Yours is beautiful!
