Just come across this - very interesting, especially the bar graph about treatment responses. Interested to hear what others make of it, especially the recent posts about pain being dismissed by practitioners?

Very interesting low success rates on nasty medication is it worth taking them
??? Don't quite get your comment? The bar graph shows that the meds have helped the vast majority of of people 65% or 73% depending on how you look at it. Yes I do still have to take extra pain relief- but at least I can function which I wouldn't be able to do without the meds.
(A very odd bar graph as the numbers add up to 127% so some people must be in more than one category)
I must have had fog brain this morning if I have not read it correctly
Thanks, it really shows how no matter what age we all basically have extremely similar pain even on medication x
Interesting, thanks for posting it.
Very interesting. I always get a slight temperature when flaring which my Rhuemy insists is not a symptom of RD. Also interested to read that pain can be just as bad in the evening, which it certainly is for me but my Rhuemy says nope it can't be RD must OA. Thanks for passing the info on.
great information . I am on biologic meds which has improved my life greatly. I still have pain but its manageable. Don't do well on pain meds . so self manage with rest and heat pad. This site is priceless we know we are not on our own. always great info and advise. take care you all. Irish wishes blowing kisses.
