I'm in agony with my left hand now can't bend my fingers could it be arthritis ??? As I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hip I'm left handed as well 😔

I would go and see your doctor. I would also look at healing your gut and I don't know what your currently eating but I do know that staying away from acidic and night shade foods and supplementing with tumeric/cherry tart pills can help people with joint problems

What does that mean Hun ??? I've been suffering recently with bad indigestion and bloated tummy x

Deejojo because any type of illness / autoimmune disease starts in the gut it is important to heal our gut.

If you are suffering with bad indegstion and a bloated stomach I would think about changing your diet.

Having a bloated stomach can also mean that you are eliminating your food properly.

For example Eating foods such as meat are quite harsh on the digestive system and it can often take us a long time to digest meat. If you are going to eat meat try and eat it after a large salad in the evening.

I am sorry to hear you are having joint problems if you can try and do some light exercise so you don't end up loosing any movement in your joints.

Hi there,the symptoms your describing sound alot on how my arthritis started with me two years ago. My osteoarthritis started in my hands and about a year later I was feeling it in my feet. Since March of this year it's moved to my shoulders, elbows , knees as well as my hips. I was diagnosed with it June of this year.im still in the process of trying to find the right pain meds. to my discomfort. I'd go see your gp about your symptoms they may put in a referral for you to go to a rheumatologist. My osteo has progressed rather quickly this year and I've had some very painful days. I've had some days that have been unbearable, especially with my feet , knees and shoulders, and now my hip is getting that way too. I hope you get some answers soon . Good luck J. Quinn

Aww poor u I have it in. Y knees and hip can't even keep my rings on now x
