arms and hands pins and needles

i have been having lots of pins and needles in both hands for some time now but my left hanmd keeps feeling like ive got a dead arm the p&n was just every now and then but now its most of the time any ideas x

I also get this it started last week in my left hand and arm, ive got a GP appointment tomorrow so hopefully i will get some answers x

Debok i get this as well, though it is always much worse in the right arm, mine is caused by disc bulges in my thoracic spine, can't remember the exact names of ribs and was found by an mri scan.

I HAVE it too nerve compression/ carpel tunnel is the med opinion. I HAVE been given Im having some physio which may avoid surgery.I also have tennis/ golf elbow in same arm, I am left handed it goes dead in bed at night x

I also have it. Definitely worth getting it checked out with your GP, I'm going on Monday.

I also have this due to carpel tunnel compression. If that is your problem they can test to see how bad it is and if it needs surgery or injections.
