I am going through an appeal court for pip ,I have received a letter from court informing me that dwp need more time to prepare there case the court has given them another month, I understand there was a change of ruling in oct 2014 that the dwp deadline was reduced to28days has any one any knowledge of this ruling

thanks I will take a look its just me fretting over the appeal I could do without it but really need to get some help.
