NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 1st December 2014
Birmingham North (Sutton Coldfield) NRAS Group
Meetings for this group take place on Tuesdays on alternate months in Room 3 of the Sutton Coldfield Methodist Church, 16 South Parade, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham B72 1QY from 1:00pm-3:00pm. For satellite navigation use postcode B72 1RB due to barriers from traffic in the road.
2nd December - Lisa Preston from ShoeMed in Stratford-upon-Avon will be talking about comfort and orthopaedic footwear as well as showing her new range of footwear
Bolton NRAS Group
This NRAS group is coordinated by NRAS Members with the help and support of Senior Sister Beverley Travers.
2nd December from 4pm - Christmas meal at Regent Park Golf Club (Links Road, Bolton, BL6 4AF). Places need to be booked as soon as possible, please contact NRAS by phone or by email to groups@nras.org.uk if you would like to attend and your details will be passed to the group coordinator.
Chesterfield NRAS Group
Remaining 2014 group meetings will be held at Bridge Street Methodist Church, (also known as Pilsley Methodist Church) Bridge Street, Pilsley, Chesterfield, S45 8HE each month on a Tuesday from
6:30pm-8:00pm.
2nd December - Guest speaker Sheila Dowker, Rheumatology Occupational Therapist at Chesterfield Royal Hospital will be giving a talk on 'Splinting Interventions'
Cumbria NRAS Group
This NRAS group hold meetings across the county in key towns such as Whitehaven, Penrith and Carlisle.
3rd December - Guest speaker Dr Alaa Hassan, Lead Consultant Rheumatologist at the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle will be talking on 'Co-morbidities in Rheumatoid Arthritis'.

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group
The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm unless otherwise stated. 3rd December - Social evening, full of Christmas cheer with a quiz and festive fare!
Pembury & Tunbridge Wells NRAS Group
Rheumatology Nurse Janie Langridge and NRAS Volunteer Members co-ordinate this group and hold their bi-monthly meetings at Langton Green Village Hall, Speldhurst Road, TN3 0JJ on a Thursday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
4th December - Guest speaker Dr Batley, Consultant Rheumatologist will be doing a Q&A session with the group
Sheffield NRAS Group
Bi-monthly meetings for this group take place on alternate Thursdays and Saturdays at The Quaker Meeting House, 10 St James' Street, Sheffield, S1 2EW from 1:30pm-3:30pm.
4th December – Guest speaker: Miss Birks, Hand Surgeon
