So I missed my Methoject because of a cold got antibiotics prescribed to me and that I just feel rubbish and that my docs says to miss another week of Methoject but it be 2 weeks without methotrexate also been down the docs she did quick blood test but it needs to come back so will ring again tomorrow. my knees are starting to hurt again. so has anyone been like me before any help

MTX has a problem with antibiotics, the former reduces your immune system to possibly treat RA.

Antibiotics will not treat a cold because that is viral, they treat a bacterial infection. Removing gut bacteria where the majority of the immune system is held at the same time as using MTX which reduces the immune system leaves the body vulnerable to infection.
