Advice burning ache in bottom and down left leg

Hi does anyone get this. It's an achey burning feeling left side spin in bottom and the ache radiates down left leg to foot. And bending over very painfully burning and ache.

Sounds like sciatica to me as I have had it in the pass. Don't suffer with it go and see your gp.

Hello sounds like Sciatica, go and see the GP. IF the problem persists an RA appointment may be needed and sometimes a Steroid injection in the bum may be given. It seems to help me

I had the same.... Definitely sciatica....about 5 weeks a ago and it has almost cleared up now. I have a really good cranial osteopath and I'm sure she has speeded things up. Her advice is rest a lot, don't drive which is incredibly frustrating! We are driving to Italian Lakes in 4 weeks and I'm desperate to get a bit fitter! Also rather dreading sitting in the car for 3 days!

Oh poor you sitting is soooooo painfully and lying down not much better. I've just watch video for exercises for it . Will give them a go. And prob go to physio. . It said keep moving .
