Tomorrow is D day, my plaster comes off my left leg and we should then get a good look at it. It aches today for some reason. So i am sitting here resting it while Hubby and daughter go to a funeral of a legion member. Hugs for anyone of you who need one.xxxx
Plaster off tomorrow.: Tomorrow is D day, my plaster... - NRAS
Plaster off tomorrow.
hope everything goes well tomorrow when its removed. Then dont do to much on it as you have to build up the muscles in that leg.
Sending hugs and good wishes for you XXXX
Chris
Thank you Chris. It is more achy yesterday and today than it has been since this plaster went on four weeks ago. It is now six weeks since i broke it. I know i will still have to take it easy as i haven't put any weight on it for six weeks so it will be strange to start with and it will be physio as well to build up the muscles.xxxx
Good luck for tomorrow. Have you got crutches to get around on? I remember my legs felt really light when they took the plasters off and took a while to get used to walking again. But got the hang of it. I carried on using crutches after they came off (as it was two legs) for a bit while I was building up muscle - imagine it's similar for one leg but not sure. Hope it all goes well xx
Hope all goes to plan tomorrow sylvi. Hated that wasted leg look but it'll be back to normal before you know it with the help of physio. Hug received, thank you, needed it today!
((( Hugs ))) and best wishes for tomorrow Sylvi xx
Thank you all very much. Xxxx
