Just had hydrotherapy forgot how knackering it is. Should sleep well tonight. I hope so anyway. It's nice when in water but after not so good!

I used to love the freedom in the water but as soon as you hit the steps ... Bang back to reality lol. Have a good sleep !!
There i was thinking it was in my head!! when i went for the first time, i went to get out and as soon as i got to top step!, i had to hold on for 2mins and stand there as the feeling is like someone has just put 50kg bag on your back,
me too…! i just started ! you are so right allanah! my goodness, the steps the steps - i had to spend about 5 minutes recovering in the cubicle last week before i was able to dry myself! legs felt so heavy…. hopefully this week will be better. rest up now, you deserve it!!
Exactly!!!
Hello
I was a very strong swimmer although I had to stop as the water would cause problems with my Psoriasis and my Arthritis became worse etc.
At my old address I had a hydro bathroom with all adaptations. Now I am having a new bathroom fitted at my new address. It is fitted for my condition, both shower and bath. With further adaptations for me to have access to all parts so I cannot wait to be able to manage on my own again when we get all the rails etc fitted.
At this time the tiler is taking an age to complete and is driving us mad as the problems I have prevent me bathing without assistance. Getting exited cannot wait to try the new kit out.

Hope you feel better for it once you're over the shock! Hopefully it tired you out enough for lots of zzzzzzzz's! How's things otherwise Jo? x
hello crazy jo, hope you had a good nights sleep and feel better today for having gone to hydro!
Very achey today so some rest needed I think
I find that's the only down side to having hydrotherapy! is the next day or 2 you feel achey! my next one is Thursday...
i decided yesterday to give up hydro for a month or so….. disappointed but i had to keep cancelling as i was too tired to get there, let alone actually do some hydro work. i find it so difficult to know how to pace myself with RD, i really want to do things but find i am struggling so much, i'm still in my first year so meds not kicked in yet. anyway - i hope you manage to keep it up and get some benefits soon - well done for going crazyjo !
