I'm so sorry Tink. Have you requested Mandatory Reconsideration or is this what's been denied? Just with you saying court again, maybe you have.

The only thing I can think of is supplying plenty of written medical evidence, from whoever you see relating to what you included as disability or condition.

I hope whichever you're needing to do next, MR or tribunal, it's successful for you.

Something's amiss somewhere then isn't it? You have a Blue Badge, that's evidence. You submitted medical evidence, reports from your Rheumy, supporting letter from your GP, Physio, Occupational Therapy, everyone you see regarding your RD & any other conditions. You've been assessed, what more do they want? Was the the assessor's report to the DWP truthful or were there discrepancies or misunderstanding of any part from your assessment? You didn't hold back or underplay your responses on the PIP form or at assessment? I ask as I did that initially on my first & again on my renewal form, my h really had to make me see what I could do & what I relied up him for or the aids I have, plus on the renewal how things had changed in the 3 years since my previous assessment. Just trying to understand why you've been turned down again.

Damn! Sorry to hear that. I’m with NMH on this, cheers Deb :)

I am so sorry this has happened. This whole thing is really awful, I am currently facing this process, the form alone was so hard to complete, i had to get relatives to help fill it in because of the pain in my hands.

I hope it works out positively for you soon.

I feel your pain. The whole system is ridiculous. I used to get it then queried the amount so they cut it completely almost as if to punish me then I applied again and it was declined outright and I'm just about to send off another application. I have all my docs letters proving what I am telling them and it seems to me that they ignore all this evidence and make a decision based solely on that face to face assessment which is a joke as as u must know with RA symptoms cone and go. This time if it is declined I'm taking them to tribunal. Keep tring.
