Healthcare at Home - new website

As some of you might know, I have received disgraceful treatment from HaH. Some of you have too. They have a new website that went live today, with some info. regarding complaints. Just thought I'd let you know. I don't think NRAS are aware of this yet. It seems to offer little more than the stock logistical disruption apologies, but at least it's something.

Did you ever receive your medication in the end?


Hello Georje. Believe it or not, I'm still awaiting half of my prescription. I've just brow-beaten HaH to deliver it next Tuesday, so that's only two weeks late. I contacted them early over this, and I would have been completely out of stock again if I hadn't. What a mess. Just submitted a lengthy complaint, and copied in my hospital. All the best
