Healthcare at Home - new website

As some of you might know, I have received disgraceful treatment from HaH. Some of you have too. They have a new website that went live today, with some info. regarding complaints. Just thought I'd let you know. I don't think NRAS are aware of this yet. It seems to offer little more than the stock logistical disruption apologies, but at least it's something.

  • Hello Georje. Believe it or not, I'm still awaiting half of my prescription. I've just brow-beaten HaH to deliver it next Tuesday, so that's only two weeks late. I contacted them early over this, and I would have been completely out of stock again if I hadn't. What a mess. Just submitted a lengthy complaint, and copied in my hospital. All the best
