My new car!

I have an appointment with the Motability guy at Peugeot on Monday, and already told him what I wanted. I had to return my last car October, and have been more or less stuck indoors ever since. I can hardly wait: I'm not going to be picky about colour, I'm just ready to go!

Fab, there's nothing better than getting a new car, you will be desperate if you have been waiting since October. Remember yo take in that first smell of new car! It's like when you peel the plastic off a new phone mmmmm !

Oh how lovely! I was without a car for just a few weeks and I went a bit stir crazy! Hated being stuck in the house all the time.

Enjoy your lovely new wheels and be as picky as you like! :-)

We chage ours in July but can order in April, cant wait. really liking the Nissan Juke. need something higher to get into, really struggling to get in & out of the Focus we have.

To get a mobility car you have to have full rate mobility part of Disability living Allowance, which my Hubby has

good luck with new car i had a Vauxhall Astra. I am finding it a bit low but manage, my last one was a Skoda

Fabia which was a bit higher off the ground, I might go back to them next time , had no complaints with the car. Chris XXX

Getting my first mobility car on 11th March , can't get in or out of our car a ford focus at the moment with it being quite low so the priority was a car that was higher to help with getting in and out of .We've opted for the new nissan qashqai 1.5 dci accenta premium . I've fallen in love and can't wait to be able to get out and about again . It's giving you that little bit of independence back and not looking like an idiot rolling out the car with 2 people trying to heave you out and up lol .

Renault Scenic is what I have, its brill, high seats, no key, push button start, automatic hand break (dont even have to think about it) Automatic gears, automatic lights and wipers, the drivers seat goes up and down with a pump action (bringing you nearer the steering wheel). The collapsed wheelchair fits in the boot and there's loads of room and secret storage as a bonus. Before I got this car I couldnt drive our family car at all for a year, since I've had this one I've been out any time I want. Yahoo!
