East Dorset NRAS Group
This group meets at the Howard Room, Christchurch Hospital, Fairmile Road, Christchurch, BH23 2JX.
Tuesday 10th September 7:00-9:00pm - Guest speakers Dave Hannigan, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist from Southern Health and Karen Dibbens, Counselling Psychotherapist in a private practice will be giving a talk on 'Psychotherapy (talking therapies) and coping with Rheumatoid Arthritis'.
Mid Somerset NRAS Group—Taunton
Meetings are held at the Taunton Rugby Club, Hyde Lane, Bathpool, Taunton TA2 8BU. Please note that from 2013, winter meetings will be held on a Saturday morning and summer meetings will be held on a Tuesday evening.

Oxford NRAS Group
This group is coordinated by Sue with the support of the Rheumatology Team. Meetings are held in the OC Conference Room at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Windmill Road, Oxford OX3 7LD on Tuesdays every second month at 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Look for the NRAS direction posters to the room.

This group meets on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Asda Community Centre, Asda Stores Ltd, Phillips Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3UZ

Worcester NRAS Group
Meetings take place on Wednesdays between 6.45pm to 8.30pm at Lyppard Grange Community Centre in Ankerage Green, Warndon Village, Worcester WR4 0DZ.
11th September - Oliver Hoare (NRAS) 'Who are NRAS?'
North Durham NRAS Group
The group meets 4 times a year in Chester-le-Street, Consett, Durham & Stanley. The meetings are held on a Thursday from 7:00pm-9:00pm. There will also be a raffle and refreshments at the meeting.
12th September - Meet the Rheumatology Team ‘Question Time’ Education Centre Common Room, University Hospital of North Durham, North Road, Durham, DH1 5TW (free parking in staff car park). Entrance to Education Centre at the bottom end of the corridor in the old East Wing building. The staff car park is immediately outside.
You, your family, friends and health professionals are all very welcome to attend any of these meetings and you don't have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
