Logging in........

I am very fed up with this site at the moment. I have to log in several times a day when i have ticked the box to stay logged in. It is getting tedious to say the least. Apart from that the site is not too bad.

Hi everyone,

I've been missing for a while and it was all a big surprise when I eventually got logged on. Yesterday I wrote a reply to a private message then pressed REPLY and a message came up saying " your question can not be answered" then everything I wrote disappeared, so now I have to do it all over again. Am I missing a another box I should tick before writing a reply ? Does anyone know ?

Sorry to hear you are still having a tough time Sylvie. Sending some hugs your way. June x

After saying yesterday that I thought the log in problem was sorted. I now have to eat my words, as it is very hit and miss!!!

Me too on the logging in although they have sorted my profile piccy and it's back to it's original colour :)

Hello Sylvi, I have the exact same problem - it doesn't keep me logged in even though I ticked the little box!

Also, if I click 'Posts' or 'Questions' it doesn't show me anything but I have to click several times, alternating between 'Posts' and 'Questions' until it shows anything. It's a bit annoying. I like that the replies get posted much faster though - used to take ages to load on the old site!

Hope this gets sorted some day :D

We're very much aware and working on this. The ability to keep logged in across all computers and browser types is the top priority. Thanks for your understanding.
