Logging in

My phone works fine I just can’t log on with other devices. Anyone else having problems?

I had issues with my phone using the HealthUnlocked app so had to delete the app abs reinstall it and thankfully all is okay. Not had any issues with my iPad to date. x

I can access HU on my phone but for some reason my tablet now won't let me. It insists I log on every time and even then won't always work.

HI Gnarli. This sounds like a problem HU had a couple of week ago. Try reporting it and they will probably sort it out.
