Eh?!! Ur scaring me now Andy lol !! I've been told its slow gentle graceful movements ??!! First one of 8 organised by my rheumotolpgy dept,they haven't got me there under false pretences have they haha,it better not be like karate !! I know I'm dressed in black but that's about it regardingr karate etc,well going now if you don't hear from me my drop kicks and power shots have put me in my bed :))) will let you know of course so you can laugh at me later xxx
