Hey everyone!Happy New Year!
This has been an extremely difficult year for me personally, where a few years ago I would have just turned to smoking for the stress and anxiety, but thankfully I kicked that horrible habit on the 1st of August 2019.
I had attempted to quit so many times before and it just never stuck.
I can't explain what was different this time but I finally managed it.
I didn't avoid triggers this time, every other time I avoided drinking, or hanging out with friends that smoked, this time I just saw it as something I had to deal with doing without the dirty habit controlling the situation.
If I can do it so can you!!
This site also helps a lot on the bad days when you need the moral support.
