Hellooooooo ya all it's been a couple of years ago since I have been on this site , just to let you know I've just passed my 4th year smoke freeeeee yippppeeeee dont miss them one god dam bit 👍💪training is going great , feeling positive during these hard times we all have to deal with , hope your all well 👍🌈to the new starters believe me it will work for you be positive and push forward and you will conquer your demons , fight the good fight 🤜stay safe 🌈

Congratulations on your anniversary Telboy! Such a shame you’ve let yourself go physically though 😂😂

But seriously...it’s great to hear that you’re still going strong, and staying healthy in these weird times. I don’t get on here myself much these days but I’m having a spot of insomnia so I thought I would check the old site...otherwise I might have missed it.

Just over four and a half years for me and I still think it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done - sure you feel the same. I expect some of the others from the class of 2016 will pass on their congratulations over the next few days.

Take it easy mate (but not with the training obviously 😀) All the best

Ha ha ha nozmo your a star 👍brill comment, and well done to you mate 4half years fantastic 💪🌈yep I've let myself go a bit since lockdown chewing on choc lol but for every bar I have to run 6 miles but the pain is worth it he he he , I've had a couple of moments of wanting a ciggy but as ever I fight through it 💪🤜my mate smokes in front of me and I reminisce on old days but never bothers me wanting one at all which is a good test if any ? Anyhow mate hope you and your family are all well and safe 👍🌈hope to catch up again ,take care .

I have just passed my 5 years 2 months now...

Yes, "The Pain" is worth it but getting so bloody hard to keep it up...😁

Took a normal mountain bike on the beach for 15 km North, slept on the beach, fishing and back on the next low tide, but oh boy was I sore...I found there is places in my body that I never knew about...!

(Think must use an E bike next time ) but will get a fat wheel beach bike ...

Welldone to yourself your on the first steps of a healthy life believe me in time you'll look back and say WHY ? and the benefits are amazing, life🏃‍♂️🌈 , cost and feeling a lot better , O and not smelling 🤣🤣🤣keep at it and if you crash get strait back on it 👍💪 you'll conquer it in time , keep the mind focused on other things when you have that moment of wanting one , goodluck 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪👍🌈🏃‍♂️
