Hello.

Let's put this into perspective: it is not the end of the world. You're not the first and certainly won't be the last! I failed more times than I care to remember, lots of us have.

The good news: you just start over. You did it before so you know it can be done. Try again. Don't expend energy beating yourself up, it serves no purpose. Start again. You can do this. 😊

It took me multiple attempts trying different methods. The one that worked for me was vaping. I didn't use one of those big tank things, I used the pen type ones. I started with high mg nicotine vape liquid for a few weeks and then just cut it down until I reached zero. This part was fairly easy, the harder part was going from cigarettes to a vape. You just have to persevere. I threw out anything smoking related as well. Some people say they worry about becoming addicted to vaping but if you're a smoker, you already are. I just found it so much easier to quit the vape.
