I had quit smoking on 4/25/2019 and only made it a month, went on a hunt with my husband and I smoked my butt off on the trip - grrrrrr. But am back at it now. I have been smoke free for 3 days and truly feel this is it for me. I totally hate the way smoking makes me feel and smell. The last three days have been tough but I am staying the course this time. Not going to put myself in that position again this time. Told my hubby NO smoking around me as well. LOL - he can use smokeless. Best wishes to you all and if you have to start again than start again. Prayers and blessings to you all to feel great in your new identity and skin.

Day 9 and feeling great. Brain fog starting to lift and the energy is coming back. Been eating raw fruits and veggies and lots of lemon tea to detox. Went to gym yesterday and for a run too. On the path forward praise Jesus. Thank you and God Bless.

Yes he has now stopped smoking but he still dips. He used Chantix in an attempt to quit nicotine completely years back which only lasted for him about 2 months. I have a the pills I went and got from the pharmacy but never took them. I like cold turkey better - otherwise I feel like I am trading one bad for another.
