After repeated attempts at breaking my long toxic relationship with nicotine, generally lasting 2 months or less over the last 15 months, Iโ€™m back! Yes in the wise words of many people on this site, just keep trying!

So I started again on the 1st August and this time is my time! Just wanted to share and please send positive energies that this time Iโ€™ve got it!

Farewell to my toxic nicotine demon! Just have to stop eating as I find going cold turkey makes me crave sugar! Plus everything tastes so delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹ Deep breaths are my friends now! Lots of them ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Hi Lady Frosty ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ just checking in here now and again and amazing to hear you!! You can do it!!

Thanks for reminding me that itโ€™s all in the breath...brings you back to now!

You got the will power and sheer determination to put the smoking days behind you now!!!

Donโ€™t worry too much about sugar (so long as youโ€™re not heaps of it) at this point โ€˜cause the main thing is that youโ€™re not smoking!!

Love scarlet ๐Ÿ’•

Thank you so much lovely scarlet! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป your words are so thoughtful and encouraging ๐Ÿ™

Iโ€™ve made it to a month now! Yay! And have a strong resolve that enough is enough, itโ€™s taken me a tad longer than you as youโ€™d be moving onto 16 months now!!!!! So happy for you! ๐Ÿ’›

The old Nic demon is an incredibly powerful one! But he wonโ€™t win this time! Full steam ahead for me!

Thank you for being you and the kind soul that you are! I hope youโ€™ve managed to buy yourself some nice treats or holidays with the money saved. I notice now how much I wasted on my addiction! Cigarettes in Australia are sooo expensive! Enjoy your day and much love being sent ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’•
