I am crying now because of how weak I am, I feel so dizzy, and my breathing has been getting much worse ever since I stopped, even the heaviness in my ears. I miss the days where I wouldn’t go to a spot without bringing my electronic cigarette with me. Mom gave me some oranges to eat, assuming that it would help, but I am shaking so badly that I can’t even hold the fork properly. I am about to give up and start smoking again.

Nooo. Don't smoke. If you are having breathing problems check your symptoms to see if they could be asthma. When I stopped smoking I developed asthma (apparently smoking suppresses the symptoms). But the untreated asthma left me feeling breathless and lethargic. This may not be the case but get it checked... and don't be fobbwd off by doctor with "oh it's just stopping smoking" ... you've done so well to get this far.. don't throw the towel in. Good luck x

Thanks, I checked, I don’t have any of the problems, but I do have an anxiety disorder.

Sxufferingsoul ..Don’t smoke cigarrets again ...this is your opportunity to stop addicting chemicals going into your blood and organs .

All you are feeling is part of the healing process. you will see very soon how things will get much easier .

Make sure you get a nicotine free vaping devise .usually e cig contains nicotine .i hope you are using zero nicotine .

Also just in case ..No caffeine No alcohol .for at leastand 4 months .those are smoking triggers .

Our body deserves time to recover . Years of addiction are over for you .its your time to quit .
