I didn't think I could.

After nearly 40 years of smoking, giving up so many times before, usually going back after a month, I am now just over a year quit. And can't even stand the smell of those little buggers let alone put another in my mouth. Stick with it, I know it is hard but remember you are bigger than those little white bastards.

Well done Loki. I was addicted for over 40 years, but I have managed to stay clean for 3.5 months so far.

Your comments have given me a boost. I am struggling at the moment, but hearing your intense dislike of those "white b@s#rds" has given me fresh hope. I was beginning to think I was going to have these cravings forever.

Great post Loki. Colourful and Encouraging!!!

Lokichapman ...Good job ! isn’t this amazing? I wake up every morning with no guilt .

I even realized my personality was changing because of addiction .I’ve learned to deal with stress without nasty cigarrets ,now im a much stronger person .I will never ever smoke again ! 😃 congratulations for 1 year of freedom 🎉💪👌🦋🏅
