Hi, I’ve just joined...on a whim!

I was googling asthma worsening through quitting smoking and came across this website, so I had a nosey and joined.

I smoke/d because of several reasons... if I’m honest, partly it’s a rebellious thing...I’m 37 and I only started back up about two years ago when I went on a college course.

Mainly though it’s my anxiety that became dependant on the cigarettes and that’s what worries me about quitting...that and weight gain!

But! I really want to be smoke free, to smell nice, to not be hiding whilst smoking because I’m actually ashamed of it! And I want to do it for my children 😊

If I make friends on here along the way then that’s even better!
