34 days SmokeFree.

Didn’t think I’d make it this far.

It’s had it’s ups and downs.

Cravings are sometimes more frequent than others, also depends on my mood too.

But getting there.

Can only look forward and not back.xx

Great work michellesdeli46, Looks like you thought wrong hey!!! I think we all had grave doubts when we started and slowly day by day we keep moving forward. A never ending battle however, as days turn into weeks and then months smoke free is the best way to be!! Stay strong
