Sorry to read you relapsed again after your brief relapse a few weeks ago Cigpeace

After 7 months smoke free up to this point, really reflect on what happened that you turned to lighting up and smoking, learn from it and try to put a plan in place with how you are going to overcome life's stressors and curve balls. Reflect on how you done during your smoke free period and what changed to not be able to overcome it this time.

Hope to see you back here very soon :)

Awww, dear cigpeace, I'm sorry for the stress you're experiencing. I feel quite certain you can quit for good. 7 months clean is fantastic. Don't let your relapse for a day (or even several days) get in the way of climbing right back on that smoke-free wagon!! Especially for your heart condition. Take care of you and keep praying that serenity prayer if it helps. Don't think a relapse means you're not ready. You can do this.

Always try a new way to quit .And don’t worry about other ones saying you are a better person when you smoke . Is your health what matters first in life ..Best wishes
