Now at day 26 and 23 respectively. Has anyone else suffered from severe depression from nicotine withdrawal? I’ve been struggling with it pretty much since I quit but thought it would have subsided by now.
I have been off and on and I am at 1 month and 6 days. It was real bad at first but getting a little better now. I am using the patch so I am not sure if it is nicotine withdraw or just grieving our friend (cigs) that we let go and learning to deal with thoughts differently.
Hey LeroyJenkins28 - depression is a common enough nicotine withdrawal as it is like grieving the loss of a friend as Vicky mentioned. See link to a pinned post of common withdrawals worth a read if not already done so:

If it does get worse, maybe speak to your doctor or get some herbal supplements to help with this, keep in touch when you can
