Since quiting i have been suffering with quite severe aches and what feels like a pulled muscle in my neck. It hurt so bad 😔 it just started to feel better then this morning (day 8) i coughed and it feels like its pulled again grrr and im still achey. Trying to rest when i can. Its not enough to make me smoke again though. Anyone else have the aches?

Hello again Sarah_star - the pain in your neck maybe caused by your lungs and throat repairing and clearing out - I would suggest taking a spoonful of raw honey(jar honey will work too) every morning and night to assist with the clearing out and repairing and maybe vaporizing once a week with vicks or Eucalyptus oil too.

But if it gets worse or not improve, head to your doctor for ease of mind :)

Thanks roisin.. i really hadnt concidered honey and i love honey so will buy some tomorrow when i go shopping. I have had neck pain before and i think its when im tense or get stressed so i believe it may be built up tension from not smoking!!! (I dont think its anything sinister)

I have been using lozenges and e-cig at a low dosage... i think maybe im not using them enough an thats why im having quite severe withdrawals... im trying not to think about it to much an have as many lozenges as i need but i dont understand why i feel really groggy... maybe i do just have a cold? Il keep you updated as the week goes on 😊

Hey Sarah_star have a read of the link of the pinned post with withdrawal symptoms that I replied to you in your previous post, when you get a chance, as it will give you some piece of mind - cold/flu like symptoms are all perfectly normal - just take it day by day, hour by hour if needs be :)
