Has anyone else quit with patch? And does everyone experience weird thoughts with anxiety

Hey Vicky68 - anxiety is one of the common withdrawals from nicotine, no matter what way we stop. It will pass soon, I promise. There is a few things you can do to ease this feeling, cut out caffeine, alcohol and sugary foods as they contribute alot to anxiety when we stop. Drink loads and loads of water, lots of fresh fruit and veg and bit of a walk daily to clear the head. Also, a trip to your local heath food shop for some herbal supplements will help too.

Stick with the patches,

You are still in very early stages of your new, non cigarette smoking life... I had smoked a pack20 a day over 40 years.... anyway you can get there, 🚭🔠 Jeff
