i am 36, smoking for last 10 years, i started with 2-3 smokes a day fr initial years but now i was doing 10-15 on avg. i was also drinking heavily 2-3 times a week.

i quit both of them together on 30th may 2018.

although it has been just 17 days i am already feeling great. my breath has become easier, i have lost 2 kg weight and my skin is also getting better.

I have started jogging alternate days and eating lots of fruits.

i am here to keep reading stories of people who are in same boat as mine so that i don't slip.

Huge welcome to our community shivprataps and congratulations on 17 days smoke free (presume your post has a typo and should be '30th June' as your stop date?)

Congratulations on giving up the smoking and drinking together, that is excellent, but if you find you are struggling with both, maybe have a drink for milestones achieved as a treat.

Keep up the exercise, lots of water and fresh fruit and vegetables. Continue to read up here and elsewhere, especially the pinned posts, we look forward to reading your progress :)
