Second attempt this year to quit.

Hopefully this time I’ll last longer than 8 weeks.

Need to learn out to switch off when my stress levels are high.

Wish me luck.x

Huge welcome to our community michellesdeli46 - well done on not giving up on stopping, as long as you learn from previous attempts and know what causes you to light up again and how to overcome it, you WILL succeed, I promise.

I am heading towards 3 years smoke free and never thought I would last a day :O

You don't need luck, that is for doing the lottery, instead I will wish strength, you can do this!

PS Can you confirm that today is Day 1 for your milestone badges?
