Just checking in to see how everyone is doing? My folks have made their way back to their warm home in South Carolina, and while we're currently having a sunny day in Pennsylvania, it's still too cold for me to be outside cleaning up the yard. I've had a few hard days of anxiety and cravings this week...no, I didn't smoke, nor did I put a patch on, or chew any nicotine gum. I kept myself busy, cleaning closets and dressers, and going to the gym, when I wasn't working. I'm also a recovering addict (over 15 years clean), so I'm trying to implement the same tools I learned from one addiction, to the other, if that makes sense?? The struggle is real some days though. Mind over matter. Anyways, hope you are all well, and staying strong! Happy Easter to all of you! ~Heidi~

Hey Heidi, what an honest, heartfelt post, congratulations on over 1 month smoke free but wow on 15 years clean, massive respect and great mindset to use the same tools, you really are doing so well.

I've thought about that actually? I'm weird about taking any type of pills or medication though, these days....Until the anxiety becomes overwhelming, I'll keep cleaning, organizing and exercising
