Happy to say that my carvings are better. But admitted in hospital since my old nemeries make me think deeper always and not allowing to do any work.

Good to hear the cravings have lessened. It will continue to get better w a few blips here and there. The longer you go the further apart they are, thank goodness!

Hope your hospital stay goes well and they can help you get the kinks out. I get em too & am sure many other as well. We all have things we wish we better. Don't feel alone in that. Ok?

I am 3 weeks (21 days) smoke free thanks to patches! That would have been 431 cigs, Dang, alot when you look at it like that!

Keep up the hard work, stay posted!!!!
