Just found myself counting. Trying to wean myself into backyard setting.
This is where i constantly smoked while trying to landscape the hill i live on. (Yes i turned/prepped dirt in winter).
Id smoke on breaks and while working. With a disability i took lots of breaks and smoked while trying to think how to make it easier and regroup out of frustration. This hill may not be a possibility really but ive tried hard to make it be.
Instead of stressing that fact that makes me want to smoke i decided ro count my days

Hey Exsmo - ah the gloomy days of this roller coaster journey, when these occur be kind to yourself, do something that makes you happy (I used to clean and listen to my favorite music and worked every time, yes, I am OCD and got worse since I stopped 2 years ago!! )
Remember the good days by far outweigh the bad days - and know tomorrow will be better
Yes they certainly are beginning to! Very glad to be out of the icky 3zone and was pumped when i realized days would equal 4months even tho 4mos isnt until 30 of month.
I always loved being outside so am trying to get out there for cheer & exercise. Used that straw & it went well! Think it'll be ok 😄
Hopefully the hard work on the hill pays off, you are doing amazing. Today must be one of those days, I was really thinking about smoking on my way to work this morning, I thought the habit of having one on the way to work had been broken. Think about smoking less and less as the days go on x
Yes the smoke and drive habit yanks on my elbow at times srill. I leave a straw in my car lol.
Is so funny to me how it just pops up some days. Am feeling more tired than usual too so perhaps thats it. Sincr i can i think ill nap. Fairly cold out there & soup & a nap sound cozy.
