I have to say I am feeling great, i have had a little struggle but nothing to bad, I don't feel like I am craving I just feel like when I am bored that's when it hits me as usually I would light up a cig!! On the down side I think I have put weight on as I am eating more lol xx

Going well. Boredom cigs are a pain arent they. If I get one I go and wrap a couple of xmas presents. Kill two birds with one stone 😄

I have put on half a stone. Im addicted to honey roasted cashews nuts. Im gonna look awful in a bikini in feb when I go tenerife 😱. Cant exercise at mo cause of my back. Keep going you are doing fantastic

Aww mine's chocolate😔 iv already wrapped all my presents too lol I'm sure i will be able to keep myself busy next week as the kids break up so hopefully will be ok lol xx

The boredom ones are awful, it's strange because I am not actually having many cravings but lots of thoughts like on the way home from work I think to myself, I'm gonna have a cigarette now, then I have to remind myself I don't smoke! It's not a craving just a thought.

9 days, your doing so well. 10 for me and I can't believe how fast the days are going.

Ah well done Amc86 - continue to keep as busy as possible - don't worry about the weight gain, it is normal and t'is the season to eat and be merry after all ;O It can always be addressed at a later stage if needs be.....This week I have been very bold and had chocolate breakfast most mornings of Hero's chocolates
