Hey all!! Hope this finds you well and kicking!

Today marks the sixth week for me of no cigarettes! I can't believe it, smoke free!! I've been reading people's posts and feeling so flipping positive!

What a place to be able to access on this really tough journey!

This song made me want a cigarette, but, it's the only time today I've thought that one will help!!

Had a very up and down weekend, thankful that I could drop in and find you lovely people here for support and knowing I'm not alone.

Fir the first time yesterday, I stood in front of someone in the queue at the shop, and I could smell their smokey breath and it knocked me sick. Had to move.

I vowed to myself I wouldn't become a hypocrite. I smoked for too long to judge others... but still... yuk!!!
