Hello and happy new year everybody.

I quit sometime in may and I'm still quit.

Christmas was a challenge but i resisted those sometimes powerful and irrational urges. Had to keep reminding myself that they dont last very long and will soon pass and guess what? They did. They just evaporated. I've managed to save a small fortune and my lungs are happy for the first time in years.
