Welcome Hidden to our community and congratulations on 4 weeks smoke free! I too quit cold turkey and celebrated my 1 year milestone a couple of weeks ago.

Can not be better slid right out of dependent s on nicotine by the grace of god no bad episodes of anger I had no real plan to stop smoking walked right past a full pack of smokes went and bought the patch opened it and thru it out it's more nicotine more time avoiding the withdraw Good luck to all out there the world stinks after stop smoking but this time it's not you thanks
