ive just found this site.
i stopped smoking only 6 days ago.ive been a heavy smoker...
A pretty special day for me...
actually going off my head. Days when I just felt like bloody well rebelling and lighting up...
Please help - desperate now.
tried nearly everything out there to succeed from the willpower method to patches,gum etc etc....
Tempted to start again? Or maybe just have one? Read this first please.
