I forgot my monthly quit anniversary quit date. I mean not the actual date but the day came and went and I didn't think about. That's a great sign. It also means I didn't think about smoking, even better.

To the newbies, Stay strong and never quit quitting.

To the ones who went before me, Thanks for showing me it could be done.

Canwes...you will always be an Icon for me....You gave very good advice in the beginning and was there when needed...Soon my two weeks to reach ten months will be over and still very happy that I have made the best decision of my life 9.5 months ago... Thank you for leading and once again ...Huge Congrats !!!
