You see was a bit of a secret smoker ( where you ?) so for me at least. For today, I've not had my usual smokes with coffee prior to work, so no having a bath last thing befor I go to work hiding the smell. It's another reason to quit

I can't say I used to be a secret smoker. But I did hide it from my family, although all my friends knew. I had to take care not to breathe in my mother's face because she'd smell me, so I kept contact to a minimum.

Anyway, good luck on your journey! Not smoking is definitely better than having to hide everything.

Wow Tracey, now that you over a week smoke free, you must be living so much stress free with not having to hide smoking, good for you! Keep it up!
